 BURGLARY/THEFT

Kodiak Crime Stoppers, Inc. is seeking your assistance with solving the burglary of Noodles Restaurant located at 1247 Mill Bay Road.

During the early morning hours of January 14, 2013, a burglar forced their way into Noodles Restaurant. The burglar removed two 46-inch Visio Flat Screen televisions, a set of golf clubs held in a Mizuno Golf Bag and unspecified alcoholic beverages.

The burglar then broke into a trailer parked behind the restaurant and removed a red 1989 Honda CR250 motorcycle, and a red 2003 Honda CR250 motorcycle.  Both motorcycles were for off-road use.  Police followed tire tracks left by the stolen motorcycles towards Larch Street before the tracks disappeared.

Also stolen from the trailer were two storage trunks.  One was described as only having a wooden top.  This trunk held a variety of tools. The other trunk was green in color and contained an assortment of firearms related sporting goods, i.e. holsters, belts, etc.

The estimated value of all stolen items is believed to exceed $10,000.

A passerby reported to police that they saw a suspicious vehicle in the area at about the time the burglary is believed to have occurred.  The vehicle was described as a full sized, dark colored pick-up truck. The only distinguishing feature was that it had a loud muffler.
